These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Tech Hub by Sterling ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1.1 By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be filled at the prices prevailing at the time of delivery. 2.2 Prices are exclusive of taxes, freight costs, insurance charges, and installation costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3 Payment is due upon order placement unless other terms have been arranged.
3.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage to the goods during transportation. 3.2 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays. 3.3 If you do not take delivery on the agreed date, you may be charged reasonable storage costs.
4.1 Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received. 4.2 Risk passes to you upon transportation. You must insure the goods from the time of transportation until payment is made.
5.1 We provide a warranty for the goods as per the terms agreed upon at the time of sale. 5.2 Our liability for any defect or fault is limited to the purchase price of the goods. 5.3 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
6.1 Credits for returned goods are at our discretion and must meet specific conditions:
7.1 For business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. 7.2 For consumers, the Act applies as per the statutory requirements.
8.1 If you breach these terms or become insolvent, we may demand immediate payment, suspend deliveries, or terminate the agreement. 8.2 We may recover goods in your possession if you fail to make payment.
9.1 We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
